You have 3 years from the date of the accident to bring a claim.

If you were injured as a result of the accident but since than recovered, you are still able to bring a claim for the injuries sustained. You do not have to be injured at the time of instructing us.

We can arrange for an engineer to inspect your vehicle and include this within your claim. We can also assist if you require a replacement vehicle and can arrange this for you.
