It will not cost you anything to make a claim, in some cases costs are recovered from the at fault insurer. There may be a success fee which may be deducted from your damages only if you are successful with your case.

Yes, we will be able to assist with arranging treatment to assist with your rehabilitation. Treatment could range from physiotherapy to counselling. You can discuss this directly with your case handler and they will be able to assist.

You have 3 years from the date of the accident to bring a claim.

If you were injured as a result of the accident but since than recovered, you are still able to bring a claim for the injuries sustained. You do not have to be injured at the time of instructing us.

We can arrange for an engineer to inspect your vehicle and include this within your claim. We can also assist if you require a replacement vehicle and can arrange this for you.

We understand that you my have suffered time off work, damaged your belongings or have even missed a holiday. You may be able to claim for these losses and these can be discussed with your case handler and they will be able to assist.
